Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 24, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by 510 Mobile Detail (“510 Mobile Detail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments & Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment and vehicle information and ensuring that we have safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled service location.

The vehicle must be located in an area where detailing services can be safely and legally performed. If we are unable to access or service the vehicle upon arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled.

Please remove personal belongings, valuables, car seats, and other items from the areas being serviced before your appointment. We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, requested services, and the amount of additional labor required.

Vehicles requiring extensive cleaning due to excessive pet hair, sand, glitter, stains, spills, odors, excessive dirt, or other conditions may be subject to additional charges. When possible, we will discuss significant additional charges with you before proceeding.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for informing us of any known damage, loose or damaged components, aftermarket modifications, sensitive materials, electrical issues, leaks, or other conditions that could affect the detailing process.

We may document the condition of the vehicle before beginning service.

510 Mobile Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage resulting from components or materials that are already loose, worn, cracked, deteriorated, improperly installed, previously repaired, or otherwise compromised.

Detailing Results

We take pride in providing high-quality detailing services, but results will vary depending on the age, condition, materials, previous care, and existing damage of the vehicle.

We cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain, scratch, water spot, odor, contaminant, defect, or other imperfection. Some conditions may be permanent or may require additional services beyond the service originally booked.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible.

To receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or an additional fee.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or appointments where we are unable to access the vehicle may also result in the loss of any applicable deposit or a cancellation fee.

Any additional cancellation, rescheduling, or deposit terms communicated during the booking process will also apply to your appointment.

WEATHER

Because we provide mobile services, weather and environmental conditions may affect our ability to safely or effectively perform a scheduled service.

Appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to rain, extreme temperatures, unsafe conditions, poor air quality, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and find another suitable appointment time.

Water & Service Requirements

510 Mobile Detail uses methods designed for mobile detailing, including rinse-free washing where appropriate. Certain services may require additional space, access, or other site conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the service location allows mobile detailing and that we have permission to perform the work on the property.

Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic coatings can provide durable protection but are not scratch-proof, rock-chip-proof, or maintenance-free.

The durability and performance of a ceramic coating depend on factors including vehicle condition, preparation, environmental exposure, washing practices, storage, maintenance, and proper aftercare.

Customers are responsible for following any care and maintenance instructions provided after installation.

Paint Protection Film (PPF) & Vinyl Wraps

PPF and vinyl wrap results depend on the condition of the underlying paint and body surfaces.

Installation may reveal or be affected by pre-existing paint defects, previous repairs, repainting, clear-coat failure, rust, chips, scratches, body damage, or improperly adhered paint.

Removal of existing film, vinyl, decals, or adhesive may carry a risk of damage to compromised or previously repaired paint. We are not responsible for damage caused by underlying paint or surfaces that were already defective, deteriorated, improperly repaired, or improperly bonded.

Specific warranties, care instructions, or manufacturer terms applicable to a PPF, vinyl, or coating product may be provided separately.

Personal Property

Please remove cash, electronics, jewelry, documents, medications, and other valuable or sensitive items before your appointment.

510 Mobile Detail is not responsible for the loss of or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Photographs

We may photograph vehicles before, during, or after service for documentation, quality control, and business purposes.

We may also use photographs of completed work for our website, portfolio, or social media. We will make reasonable efforts not to display personally identifying information such as license plate numbers, addresses, or personal belongings.

If you do not want photographs of your vehicle used for promotional purposes, let us know before your service.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms provided at booking or upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Additional services requested or approved during an appointment may result in additional charges.

Satisfaction Concerns

If you have a concern about your service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after the appointment so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 510 Mobile Detail will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website with the date it was last updated.
